SG Payroll has licensed Employment Agents with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and we offer professional Work Pass Services.
We provide a comprehensive Work Pass Management services by taking care of the Application, Appeal, Renewal and Cancellation of the various Work Pass types listed below.
Valued-Added Work Pass Services:
- We complete the Self-Assessment Tool (SAT) to get an indication from the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) if the applicant will be eligible for an S Pass or Employment Pass.
- We assist to post relevant vacancies on the Jobs Bank (for compliance with the Fair Consideration Framework).
Work Passes & Permits in Singapore
Employment Pass (EP)
Employment Pass allows foreign professionals, managers and executives to work in Singapore. Candidates need to earn at least S$3,600 a month and have acceptable qualifications.

EntrePass allows eligible foreigners to start and operate a new business in Singapore. Your proposed business needs to meet certain requirements for you to be eligible for an EntrePass. These may include funding from an accredited source, intellectual property, research collaboration or being an incubatee.
Personalised Employment Pass (PEP)
Personalised Employment Pass is for high-earning Employment Pass holders and overseas foreign professionals. It is not tied to an employer and offers greater flexibility than an Employment Pass. An Employment Pass holders need to earn a fixed monthly salary of at least S$12,000.
Skilled and semi-skilled workers
S Pass (SP)
Work Permit for Foreign Worker
Work Permit allows semi-skilled foreign workers from approved source countries to work in certain sectors. Find out your sector’s requirements, foreign worker levy and quota HERE
For spouses and children of eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders.
Long Term Visit Pass
For parents, common-law spouses, step-children or handicapped children of eligible Employment Pass or S Pass holders.
Letter of Consent
For eligible spouses or children of EP holders who hold a Dependant’s Pass, or an LTVP/LTVP+ issued by ICA. The LOC allows the holder to work in Singapore. The employer must apply for the LOC.
